A Letter from Dr. Zager

I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring on August 27, 2021. After practicing for 40 years, I plan to do more traveling, spending time with my family, and having more time to enjoy life (baking, gardening, and hiking).

I have searched to find a replacement for the practice and so far have been unsuccessful; however, I will continue searching and hopefully will find a qualified chiropractor who would like to step into the practice.

It has been a pleasure and honor to be your chiropractor. I’ve enjoyed working with you to help you lead healthier and more functional lives. I’ve also taken pleasure in being able to laugh with you and call many of you my friends.

I will continue to see current patients through August 27, 2021. If you would like to order supplements, please let us know. For Standard Process supplements we can sign you up for Patient Direct (see below), where you can order them on your own and have them shipped directly to your home, or we can order extra for you (I would suggest 3 months worth to give you a cushion before finding another chiropractor). If you can’t find another chiropractor who sells Standard Process, you can always sign up for Patient Direct through us (see below).

  • Patient Direct Procedure: Go to the Standard Process website (standardprocess.com), for the three step process, entering my professional code of H29A6Y, they will send me an e-mail and I will verify you as a patient.
  • If you would like a statement of your visits for the year, please call us (before 8/15/21) so we can have that available for you.
  • If you would like a copy of a synopsis by Dr. Zager or your records, please call the office (before 8/15/21) so we can prepare them for you (please allow 7 – 10 days).
  • All other records will be stored in a HIPPA compliant medical storage facility, see the below information.
    • After September 15, 2021, we have chosen Clary Document Management as the custodian of your records and they will be accessible to you upon request. A copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only through your written permission. This can be done by completing an authorization to release form
