The Basic Wellness Class will provide an overview of the different components of a good wellness program, and this class will teach you some of the basics to start a wellness program of your own. It will cover nutrition, exercise, chiropractic/body alignment, and stress reduction/meditation tips and ideas for you to simply incorporate into your current lifestyle.
