         Dr. Zager believes very strongly that the more she can teach her patients and help them strengthen their bodies, the more they can help themselves and prevent injuries from occuring.

       Zager Chiropractic Services holds weekly exercise and specialty classes free of charge for her patients and the public. Below are short descriptions of the various classes we offer. If you would like to sign up for a class or see the full description, please click on the appropriate link.

First Annual Healthy Living Day

(Class Schedule)

            The First Annual Healthy Living Day be held on April 10th from 10 am until 2 pm at Zager Chiropractic Services at 2840 Business Loop 181 N, Floresville, TX. This mini-seminar day will provide information on a wide variety of common conditions such as low back pain and headache, as well as self help topics like how to do core exercises, nutritional tips, exercises for kids, correct lifting techniques, and relaxation techniques. It is free of charge and refreshments will be provided.

Wellness Class

(Class Schedule)

            An overview of the different components of a good wellness program, and this class will teach you some of the basics to start a wellness program of your own. It will cover nutrition, exercise, chiropractic/body alignment, and stress reduction/meditation tips and ideas for you to simply incorporate into your current lifestyle.

Fibromyalgia Class

(Class Schedule)

            The Fibromyalgia class will teach you the diagnostic criteria of fibromyalgia and related conditions such as myofascitis and myofascial pain syndrome. It will also teach you causes of these different conditions, easy self help techniques, and various treatment approaches for these conditions 

Core Strengthening (Full Description)

(Class Schedule)

            Core Strengthening class teaches you which simple exercises (and advanced) will help strengthen your core muscles (stomach and back). Dr. Zager will show you how you can easily incorporate many of these exercises into your daily routine.

Reduction Relaxation Techniques and Stress (Full Description)

            Our Stress Reduction and Relaxation Technique class will not only teach you what things cause stress, what stress does to the body, but will also show you ways to reduce stress and how to make yourself relax more.

Correct Lifting (Full Description)

(Class Schedule)

            Our Lifting Class will teach you the correct techniques to lift without injuring your back, and will explain what to do if you do get injured.

Pregnancy and New Moms Class (Pregnancy and Chiropractic or New Moms)

(Class Schedule)

            The Pregnancy class will teach you the physical/mechanical transformations  that your body undergoes during pregnancy and ways to manage that change so you are not in as much pain. The New Mom portion of the class will teach you tips to help your body recover from delivery as well as tips to keep your back healthy throughout your child’s infancy/toddler life.

Holiday Stress Reducing Strategies (Full Description)

            This class will cover stress reduction techniques that will help you have happier, less stressful holidays. These same techniques can be applied to your daily routine throughout the year to keep stress to a minimum.

Headaches (Full Description)

            Our Headache class will explain some of the different types of headaches (migraine, tension, sinus) and teach you ways to help prevent and also to minimize these types of headaches.

Senior Exercise Class (Full Description)

(Class Schedule)

            Every Tuesday morning, Dr. Zager will lead you in a relaxed and fun filled exercise program. This is a low impact class designed for those who want to start exercising. You will be able to do many of these exercises at home on other days. Class is every Tuesday at 9:00
