Wellness Program to start in March 2010

Dr. Zager will be starting her new Wellness class in March. It will run weekly for 8 weeks. It will include chiropractic adjustments, specific exercises tailored to the individual person, nutritional guidance (again tailored for individuals), strategies for stress reduction including meditation and biofeedback education, and massage.
